A viewer asks: “I have started the Carnivore/Paleo diet to help with bodily fat loss. I take several supplements while seeking blessings on both food and supplements. When I get to the desired weight and health goals, I have planned to reintroduce some carbohydrates and vegetables for a more varied diet. Just like the belief in Creator, there appear to be opponents to this diet. Some doctors and other advocates for the diet on YouTube are attacked for these beliefs. Since before agriculture, I do not believe that humans look or feel as bad as they do now while addicted to sugar and carbs. Is there an ET Alliance attack on this diet? Will this diet be beneficial to myself and others?” What is Creator’s perspective?

Barbara Marciniak also has talked about the benefits of eggs during her channelings, which is wonderful because they’re quick and easy to cook. This is versus Anthony William’s advice that eggs are on his “do not eat” list since viruses feed off of eggs in the body and people who have issues such as inflammation, EBV, SIBO, arthritis, digestive issues, Lyme disease, etc., will not benefit from them. A practitioner writes: “This morning during my LHP, somewhere around the third paragraph, it occurred to me to stop and say the following: ‘God, together let’s forgive everybody and everything that’s ever hurt me. Together let’s forgive me for hurting other beings and together let’s forgive me – I forgive myself for hurting/ harming myself. I forgive all other beings that have harmed me. Let’s do this together, so we can ALL be free.’ I started hearing so many voices coming from different directions but not voices in the room I could hear them coming from different directions but not with my ears, I was hearing with something else. Partial sentences, so they’re meaningless. I can’t tell what is being said. I’m aware there’s some horrible, horrible stuff that’s gone on out there … Do I really forgive? Unless there is divinely intervened healing, I suspect my deep subconscious isn’t going to be as willing to forgive and forget just because I say so … OR IS IT? Is forgiveness implied in the LHP when we use the words ‘heal,’ ‘healing,’ or ‘transmute?'”

Creator has discussed the benefits of meditation if that meditation is done in partnership with the divine. Can Creator please provide a practical step-by-step approach of the best way of how to meditate? For example, one method is to focus on the in and out of one’s breath in order to try to keep the ‘mind’ clear, such as focusing on a non-meaningful nonsense word or syllable, which is repeated whilst breathing in and out so as to keep the mind clear of active thinking. Is this the best method, or is there another approach which is more beneficial and productive if one’s goal is to communicate and receive information in the most productive way possible with and from the divine?
