The latter is very much the case. This is an orchestration, as we have shared with you, sparked by the Extraterrestrial Alliance as part of a worldwide effort to drag down humanity through many, many types of manipulations and degradations of function, well-being, and individual and collective failings that undermine confidence, hope for the future, and general happiness. This lowers resistance and works against any attempt to fight back. This is what they want to see happen, a softening up, a gradual erosion of confidence and wherewithal with the draining of finances through so many woundings financially and emotionally. These individuals are being hounded and enticed, as the case may be, to join in the ongoing carnage by taking it on themselves to start fires. It takes a certain mentality to be persuaded in this way but most people have it within—the vulnerability to be pushed over the edge and ignore their normal misgivings and ethical boundaries. This is what is meant by manipulation after all, so the individual involved is no longer acting on their own accord but in a state of suspension with respect to their own inner beliefs in carrying out the behest of a controller manipulating their deep subconscious from within.
This is a perfect cover story and neatly explains the widespread scourge ongoing. It is outsized and that can only be if there is some non-natural component at work. This is neatly explained by having a roundup of many humans caught in the act, or with reasonable suspicion informed on, and then traceable evidence found of their involvement in setting fires. This creates a nice diversion and convenient explanation the public will likely accept if it is promoted by the media as the major source of these problems. Even a bizarre mania of fire setting among so many differing human beings can be accepted because humans are so conditioned to expect the worst of their brethren, without a deeper awareness that evil comes from inner corruption by spirit meddlers and/or the Extraterrestrial Alliance carrying out a campaign of misdirection, faulty guidance, and even corruption of inner beliefs. The agenda remains the same—one of softening up humanity. The fact that otherwise innocent human beings are lured into being complicit only sweetens the victory to their way of thinking when humans themselves are blamed for the carnage they unleash.
As with the hurricanes being spawned seemingly by the African storm centers that move into the Atlantic Ocean, the Santa Ana winds are generated by temperature differentials in that southern region of the California desert and the adjacent Mexican temperature influences, but both are worsened by the extraterrestrial technologies, taking advantage of recurring weather patterns to pile on and worsen them dramatically. This is the reason for the high degree of variability and the extreme conditions that are seen all along the western seacoast when these winds get going, and often at the worst possible time. They are seen frequently in conjunction with the presumed wildfires and are felt to be a causal factor by downing power lines causing sparks to fly in the dry brush so common to the region because of drought conditions.
While such things can happen innocently, they are relatively rare. It is the work of the Extraterrestrial Alliance in bringing forward extremes to the point where vast fires get going and are extremely difficult to extinguish when fanned by such violent winds. This causes the spreading to proceed at a high rate of speed and little can stand in the way. Normal winds in the California region would never be of sufficient magnitude to knock down power lines unless there were gross negligence or faulty equipment in use, and that rarely happens. The power companies and their employees are seasoned veterans facing these problems and are quite scrupulous in seeing to keeping things in good condition and employing the most stringent technological solutions available to make things as weather impervious as possible.
As you know, the true cause of these fires is extraterrestrial to begin with. Once the fires commence, there may be destruction of power lines so it becomes a chicken and egg question who was there first to cause the widespread fire. And so the presumption is that the downed power lines were the first cause of the flames to start, and that the winds were the true culprit, coming from the weather patterns that historically have created them with regularity in the past. This is a clever cover and this is how the Extraterrestrial Alliance gets away with their dark deeds manipulating weather. They couple the weather extremes like hurricanes and tornadoes with existing storm systems and it becomes cemented in the minds of human that this is just something that can happen to worsen things, and they have seen it many times already and is nothing new, just the vagaries of nature, when in fact, it is entirely sinister and calculating, to do the most damage possible while keeping humans lulled into complacency.
This is a good assumption you are making because this is very much in line with the thinking of the people in a simpler era who nonetheless were more intuitive than today and knew there were problems of roaming discarnate entities, the troubled spirits who were tarrying and seeking something, and that could mean trouble for the living. So the idea of having light at night to drive away the darkness is universally seen as protective, not only because it will keep animal predators at a distance, but it is uplifting and this alone confers some protection innately. This is seen intuitively by many in thinking about the dangers of being alone in the darkness. This is hard-won wisdom from many having been trapped earthbound in between prior lifetimes, so there are many sources of bad association with darkness and demonic forces and the spirit realm in particular.
This also is experienced many times because people are more vulnerable during the sleeping hours as they will stand down consciously, but the subconscious will be available if anything of a dark nature approaches them and carries out an attack to attempt penetrating the defenses. The deep subconscious will know all about it but will not be able to communicate this to the conscious level of the mind in the morning, but nonetheless deep inside there will be a hue and cry when people are once again contemplating being alone in the dark and will feel vulnerable. So this is the basic impulse here that has grown up through many practices across the globe designed to deal with these issues through ritual and acts of protection or would-be protection.
This was an orchestration through mind control manipulation causing this to happen. It simply gives the extraterrestrials another way to punish people and hinder their lives as it will impair functioning of many, many individuals who are not in any way endangered, but nonetheless within the possible zone of vulnerability and these will be added to the casualties from actual fires that will still occur. The large wildfires that have become an annual spectacle are not natural but are induced by the Extraterrestrial Alliance and maintained at a sufficient intensity to outpace firefighting attempts to quell them. That is why this is a problem of such great magnitude that seemingly humans are unable to contain beyond having a modest impact. It is not that it is impossible, it is that the human beings are constrained to limit their reach and be less than fully effective to move quickly to reduce fire intensity and its spread.
This is a purposeful manipulation underway to use the occurrence of natural weather patterns creating a dry climate and build-up of dead plant matter that is highly combustible and all that is needed is something to start the blaze. These fires have not been started by downed power lines, that is only a theory when, in actuality, the real cause has been the Extraterrestrial Alliance using the condition of prolonged hot, dry weather with high winds to get things going and then they will rapidly spread and get out of hand and be quite difficult to contain, particularly when outside influence is brought to bear to worsen them and keep them going despite firefighting attempts at containment.
This question contains the seeds of the answers, that all have been orchestrated to occur in sequence, to not only cause the tragedy, but to set things up in a way to ensure it would be carried out easily and not effectively prevented or fought, so as to achieve the greatest negative impact in hurting humanity. So this is seen to by diverting attention from the general plight of the community should something of this sort be initiated. So there is a state of unpreparedness, inadequate prevention measures that could be instituted, and then an ineffective response where it is delayed, poorly orchestrated, or constrained in various ways—to lengthen response time, and to make poor decisions in deploying rescuers, and the decisions made about where to draw the line to not risk the rescuers themselves, and let things burn. All along the way, there is a manipulation of thinking and judgment to reduce human effectiveness and widen the destruction as a consequence. This is a direct demonstration of the depravity of the extraterrestrials you have been asked to be your champions and potential saviors by the Disclosure community. This is a truer reflection of their thinking, their aims, and their disdain for human beings.
As you saw intuitively, this is very much the case, that both fires were started by unnatural means—not man-made but extraterrestrial made. They used their advanced technology to ignite these fires, to keep them going, to ensure they spread. Even though the fire in Greenland was a remote area that almost went unnoticed, this is the way they cover their tracks—to spread the environmental destruction throughout inhabited and uninhabited regions both. So it does not arouse suspicion, being only present to kill humans but not in wilderness areas, for example. As a result, there are many wildfires in forests nowhere near human dwellings. There are many tropical storms and hurricanes and tornadoes also in remote areas that seem to be quite random and of no consequence to humans through destruction of property or loss of life.
In this way, they create the façade that severe weather is random or predictable in some way from patterns of air currents and temperature differentials, and so on, which they do utilize in many cases to fit patterns that make sense somewhat scientifically, because a truly random phenomena would arouse suspicion for the same reason and would stand out as being unnatural and this needs to be avoided, so there is always attention to these details. And so natural disasters will be spread out in many locations on the globe that have no true strategic value for causing harm by the Extraterrestrial Alliance, but serves the cover story that these are unpredictable in many cases and haphazard and must simply be withstood as best one can because humanity is largely helpless to predict or deal with them, certainly in terms of prevention.
This is difficult to quantify because there are natural occurrences of each phenomenon on occasion and to varying degrees. So the best way we could answer this is to say it is some but not all. But it is all of the most severe such occurrences. Natural disasters of great magnitude do not happen on their own because the intention of Gaia is to remain in balance and to be in balance at all times. This includes the weather as well as other aspects of the environment. So it takes an intrusion of some kind to shift things out of balance. This, humans are able to do with their so-called footprint, but Gaia begins to restore things immediately and automatically, and may run behind, but the rebalancing is always initiated and, given enough time, will be effective if humans can remove the negativity contributing to the imbalance.
To have a major blizzard or a major flood or a major drought that causes widespread destruction to human dwellings, human life, as well as portions of the ecosystem, is always engineered by the extraterrestrials to worsen things. So they look for opportunities to extend and worsen trends that are naturally in place or in alignment with a potential worsening they can bring about through manipulating energy to change wind and water currents, for example, or to cause precipitation by exaggerating the temperature differential of cold fronts meeting warm air, and so forth. They are quite masterful in producing weather of all kinds, so this is a simple matter for them. So this is a fairly frequent occurrence and is growing more so, and as you have seen, is contributing steadily to the growing alarm about climate change as this is part of their strategy, to accustom people to random acts seemingly natural violence as yet another thing to contend with and not become suspicious as to its origins.
