You have said that cannabidiol will help my client with coronary artery disease because it acts like a tonic, to energize cardiac muscle. Yet, a recent study found an increased incidence of heart attacks and stroke in people who smoke marijuana. Are these risks to health from the smoke generated, or perhaps the psychoactive cannabinoid in marijuana, delta-9-TCH, and not the other cannabinoids present, like cannabidiol?
