Is the new supplement called Collagen Plus from Advanced Bionutritionals, which contains 5 types of collagen, better for restoring joint health than Collagenix-12 from Cerna Labs, or “My Daily Collagen” containing Fortigel® collagen hydrolysate? If as good as the others for helping repair joints, will it also do useful additional things, given its variety of collagen types, which have differing roles in the body?
