Vitablosom offers a supplement that is a liquid formulation of Liposomal Vitamin C. It contains 2000mg in a 2 ml volume. It seems like that would be enough volume to swish around the teeth and gums, and could be added to an equal volume of water if more convenient or necessary to soften the taste.
