Was it due to starting a regimen of using a mixture of salt and baking soda as toothpaste, using a mouthwash of 2% food-grade hydrogen peroxide for a time, or doing ayurvedic oil-pulling to draw coconut oil through the teeth for about 10 minutes each morning?
