I am trying to figure out which ingredients in Mito-Essence are most important to add and in what amounts using bulk supplements, if people are taking both Advanced Mitochondrial Formula and Metaphenol-27 as a foundation, as you have said taking all three would be beneficial. The two foundational supplements have about 216 mg Niacinamide. Would adding another 250 mg be safe and advantageous?

The Mito-Essence has quite large amounts of Thiamine (vitamin B-1) 250 mg, about 200-fold the recommended daily allowance, and Riboflavin (vitamin B-2) 100 mg, about 80-fold the recommended daily allowance. Are these high doses safe and beneficial?

The Mito-Essence has 10 mg of Luteolin. The latter is sold as a supplement by Longlifenutri in 100mg capsules. Would using this higher dose of this ingredient be safe and beneficial?
