You told us previously that the Extraterrestrial Alliance plans to wait for a bad-weather-free period to start the tidal power outages, to keep them mysterious as to cause. Several states still have large-scale power outages from the last hurricane. There doesn’t seem to be enough time now to weather approaching Hurricane Milton and recover from its aftermath, and still launch the outages without overlapping and possibly disrupting the election and making the outcome uncertain.
