In the early stages of the illness she would be hammered by Lupus symptoms at least once a month when she had her period but more often if other triggers were pulled such as sun exposure, when she could easily be ill in bed for extended periods of up to a week. In 2020 I started learning about GetWisdom and by 2021 I was doing protocols for her. I noticed an improvement very quickly as she no longer systematically displayed symptoms with her period and after about 2 years her Lupus was only related to sun exposure and I was satisfied with the steady progress. Her progress seems to have slowed since the beginning of the year and she still gets debilitating symptoms upon sun exposure.
