I asked previously: Would a 1000 mg dose of purified squalene have more effective antiviral and anticancer effects than a similar dose of shark liver oil? And you answered: “This would be a superior choice to be taking for anyone concerned about malignancy because it would be more potent.” Is a 1000 mg daily dose of squalene safe to use as a routine supplement?
