But with the advent of the Fall, the angels were causing harm in the physical realm (something that had apparently not happened prior) and other angels could no longer heal that harm with their prayer. Human beings are social creatures. Being accepted by the people you respect is important for nearly everybody. Solitary confinement is widely regarded as one of the worst forms of punishment there is. Can Creator comment on this human need for acceptance, and how that works as a powerful, if not overwhelming, need to be part of a consensus?
