The agent had advised to replace it sooner, but I had waited in case the new tenant had his or her own. To my surprise, not only did Rafael need to bring his own stove, but it was a perfect match for the black-and-white themed kitchen. In addition to that, Rafael also has a small dog and I asked hopefully during the lease signing if he had a cat, but he said no. I said that’s fine, but was secretly disappointed because, although we had recently resolved an ongoing mouse issue by paying a professional to systematically seal the entire building envelope, cats can also be very helpful but none of us had one.
