A viewer writes: “Several years ago I contacted you for spiritual help for my daughter. She underwent a complete change within two weeks from the time of your intervention! She is now successful and is in a wonderful relationship! I also reached out when my other daughter suffered non-epileptic seizures from general anesthesia. Her issues were probably more medical in nature, but she too has made excellent progress, thank goodness. The problems I’m facing now stem from my narcissistic mother. She has always favored my older sister, and I was the family scapegoat. My sister and her husband have rallied around her, and no matter what they say or do, (even trivializing and mocking my daughter’s seizure disorder), my mother thinks they walk on water. My sister’s husband has been a primary instigator of conflict. He has always wanted to limit my sister’s interaction with my daughters and me. My mother’s sister once told me how she had never really liked me. She has played a role in dividing me from the rest of the family. My husband, who is the most pragmatic and level headed person I have ever met, made the observation that it was as if something had stolen my father’s soul. He became hostile toward me, insulting toward my husband, and worst of all, indifferent to my daughters. It’s beyond rational explanation. My therapist has advised me to go no-contact with these toxic relatives, but that is easier said than done. I think my mother hates me, yet she can’t leave me alone. She threatens, taunts, and gaslights me, then looks for sympathy from others when I try to tell her I have had enough. I feel that my husband and I are under psychic attack. I feel tremendous weight and darkness, and I am sick from the stress. I need spiritual protection! We also have tremendous financial need due to the medical debts we incurred while trying to help my daughter through her health problems over the past 4 years.” What is going on and what will help this situation?

Love is the glue that keeps families together, and helps foster a nurturing and supportive environment for humans in particular. In loveless worlds, that tie would presumably no longer bind. However, karmic ties would still be operative and would bring beings together to relive their karmic dilemmas over and over again. Do Anunnaki mates from billions of years ago still have karmic ties that would bring them together yet again, and again and again? What can Creator tell us?

Dale Carnegie wrote the multi-million bestseller, How to Win Friends and Influence People. Advocates would say that Carnegie taught a method of manipulating people that created “win-win” scenarios, where both the manipulated and manipulators benefited. The detractors would say Carnegie’s methods can be used to screw people. Any kind of indirect manipulation is problematic, as it arguably violates free will, especially if used to encourage “uninformed” decisions. Hypnotist and Researcher Dick Sutphen wrote of Carnegie in his book, Radical Spirituality, “The Carnegie Course teaches you to say what will work to get what you want. Isn’t that being phony or a hypocrite? Forget sincerity, forget honesty. Forget being real. Carnegie teaches you to be a diplomat and wear a mask. Sutphen, additionally, said this about Carnegie techniques, “If you use Carnegie techniques to win friends, the friendship has to be based upon a two-way manipulation. You pretend to be the mask to attain friendship and they will be your friend as long as you wear it. What happens when your mask slips and they find out who you really are? Do you need any relationship or association so badly that you’re willing to repress your real self in order to attain it?” Many would answer YES – they have a mortgage to pay, and must wear the mask in order to stay employed. A close cousin of “white lies” are “lies of omission.” In navigating this world, one encounters people with “false impressions” based on judgments made quickly with incomplete information, or biases where contrary evidence is simply ignored. In these situations, allowing a person to continue believing and acting in a way that is contrary to the actual truth of a situation is often characterized as “lying by omission.” There can be countless motivations for doing this, from greed to sympathy to personal safety. Some would argue that lies of omission are just as dishonest as overt lies. What is Creator’s perspective?
