Now of course, I assume they have developed some technological means to keep track of all these restarts, but aren’t the personal memories and experiences affected just as profoundly as for humans? How do they personally confront this dilemma? Do they have some kind of “ALERT!” system that informs them post-restart that a restart has occurred, in which case they drop what they’re doing and immediately review the “restart notes” or “restart bread crumb trail” they left for themselves, or have they developed a technological means by which their own personal memories are shielded and protected from the effects that everyone (every physical sentient being) in the galaxy is equally subject to?”

Is it a consensus decision, and even with a consensus, is only one species doing the “trigger pulling” and manipulation? I would assume it is the Anunnaki being the principal player, driver, and even decision maker, and everyone else “goes along to get along?” And if it is just the Anunnaki, or just the collective leadership of the ET Alliance, I can’t imagine every member of any of the three species has their memory preserved, and/or are even a party to all this activity. A viewer asks: “I get nightmares about test taking. I fail simple tests. I got very poor standardized test scores. I freak out and get panic attacks even with a simple test. For example, I would do okay when I am doing accounting by myself (after a lot of struggle), but not taking a test for accounting…I’m even very poor with test taking outside of academics. You confirmed previously, that a leading plan for Alien Disclosure was for Elon Musk to step forward as a spokesman, as he is already familiar to most humans and would be disarming, especially as his pedigree is being burnished by involvement in many helpful projects of all kinds.
