You have told us there has not been an alien time travel to the past disrupting things within the past year, but there was one not too long before, in order to optimize preparation for their plans leading up to the desired Alien Disclosure deception. Is one of the limitations of this strategy, that even the alien AI systems are not very good at making future predictions, that they can see what changes might be needed to happen, making a return to the past desirable to enable re-using that time span, but will not know how long a period will be needed to implement the changes fully enough to change the future in the desired ways? In other words, using their time travel technology to manipulate our world more certainly toward a desired end result will inevitably introduce some additional uncertainty about the time it will require to implement the changes effectively?

A viewer asks: “I don’t believe this question has been asked or explored explicitly. When the interlopers “rewind” time, doesn’t it affect everyone in the entire galaxy – including THEMSELVES??? Now of course, I assume they have developed some technological means to keep track of all these restarts, but aren’t the personal memories and experiences affected just as profoundly as for humans? How do they personally confront this dilemma? Do they have some kind of “ALERT!” system that informs them post-restart that a restart has occurred, in which case they drop what they’re doing and immediately review the “restart notes” or “restart bread crumb trail” they left for themselves, or have they developed a technological means by which their own personal memories are shielded and protected from the effects that everyone (every physical sentient being) in the galaxy is equally subject to?”

Is it a consensus decision, and even with a consensus, is only one species doing the “trigger pulling” and manipulation?
