A viewer asks: “I have started the Carnivore/Paleo diet to help with bodily fat loss. I take several supplements while seeking blessings on both food and supplements. When I get to the desired weight and health goals, I have planned to reintroduce some carbohydrates and vegetables for a more varied diet. Just like the belief in Creator, there appear to be opponents to this diet. Some doctors and other advocates for the diet on YouTube are attacked for these beliefs. Since before agriculture, I do not believe that humans look or feel as bad as they do now while addicted to sugar and carbs. Is there an ET Alliance attack on this diet? Will this diet be beneficial to myself and others?” What is Creator’s perspective?

Barbara Marciniak also has talked about the benefits of eggs during her channelings, which is wonderful because they’re quick and easy to cook. This is versus Anthony William’s advice that eggs are on his “do not eat” list since viruses feed off of eggs in the body and people who have issues such as inflammation, EBV, SIBO, arthritis, digestive issues, Lyme disease, etc., will not benefit from them. What’s Creator’s perspective, should we stay away from eggs since we all have some type of virus in our body?”

In reading how the belief took hold in society that fat in the diet is dangerous, even a cause of cancer, it seems to have been embraced by the government prior to there being solid evidence. The same is true for the belief salt is dangerous and a cause of hypertension. Were either or both of these dietary substances being promoted as dangerous, a disinformation campaign to actually cause trouble by restricting them in the diet when they are in fact essential for health?

I feel a little more conscious of my breathing than normal and was considering the protocol a doctor suggests for first signs of COVID-19—100,000 U of vitamin A (NOT beta-carotene), 50,000 U of vitamin D3, 5-10,000 mg of vitamin C per day for four days with hydration. Please let me know what this means and if I should proceed with this approach. My husband is adamant that Mayo Clinic’s recommendation for vitamin A is 700 U.
