The prior seller is definitely what you would consider a true victim as I feel (not even working with her) that she is riddled with many dark energies. A realtor asks: “I would like to hire you again to reboost the clearing for my prior clients [names withheld]. Their contractor is not being honest or timely (he did a bait and switch for the job). The village is still giving them a very hard time to get occupancy and now something popped up from the contractor that they need a new septic system, which is very suspect as the house is less than 5 years old. We suspect that the contractor is trying to get more money out of my clients. The village is not quick and the contractor continues to delay everything, and now their temporary lease is up at the end of the month and they cannot move into the home without occupancy, so will be left homeless as a family including their autistic son.
