It has 4 mg silicon from Horsetail herb, Equisetum arvense, which they say acts as a switch to turn on the bone-building process; 400 mg L-Lysine, which is a component of all forms of collagen, but also blocks the enzymes that break down collagen and acts as a glue to connect collagen fibers together; 500 mg strontium citrate, which has been shown to increase bone density and reduce risk of fractures; 2 mg Boron aspartate-citrate, which has been shown to have multiple benefits on bone strength, bone healing, preservation of bone-building osteoblasts, and countering bone loss from low hormone levels in women; 300 mg Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) extract, min. 30% alpha acids; also vitamin D3, vitamin K2, zinc, copper, and manganese. Is this supplement effective as a stand-alone nutraceutical for maintaining bone health with aging?

It looks like the black mist video sent by a viewer shows just the basement Christmas tree lights and illumination of the back wall being obscured by passage of a shadow from left to right, over and over. Can you confirm this is not an electrical effect to limit and restore power to the tree, over and over, as with a dimmer?

A recent paper describes health data from 8,407,849 citizens of South Korea, comparing those within one year of receiving shots for Covid-19 with a group never receiving shots. There were statistically significant increases in overall cancer risk and for six types of cancer: thyroid, gastric, colorectal, lung, breast, and prostate. Risk of cancer was greater with both mRNA vaccines (thyroid, colorectal, lung, and breast cancer) and cDNA vaccines (thyroid, gastric, colorectal, lung, and prostate cancers). Administration of booster shots was associated with increased risk of three cancers (gastric, pancreatic, and leukemia). [Kim et al. Biomarker Research 13:114, 2025.] Are these data accurately reflecting a real risk from receiving such shots? Is the increased risk of cancer despite the type of vaccine, pointing to something sinister which is not the vaccine technology itself being dangerous?
