Perhaps beyond physical harm, if any, are they intended to numb people, to lead to complacency in a larger sense, all while creating more electronic trash/pollution and enriching few shareholders at the top of these companies? Maybe I’m a conspiracy theorist, but seeing these in many young adults’ pockets and social media doesn’t seem like a good thing!”
