Why did my client’s gum recession that started 8 years ago resolve with regaining healthy gums? Was it due to starting a regimen of using a mixture of salt and baking soda as toothpaste, using a mouthwash of 2% food-grade hydrogen peroxide for a time, or doing ayurvedic oil-pulling to draw coconut oil through the teeth for about 10 minutes each morning? The only thing he continues to do is brushing his teeth with salt and baking soda.

She eats a pretty clean organic balanced diet and is taught to express all her emotions safely. Her baby brother was born last Christmas Eve and she seems delighted with him.
