There is another probiotic-based prophylactic supplement to protect teeth and gums called PurDentix. It has four probiotic strains: Lactobacillus Salivarius, Lactobacillus paracasei, Bifidobacterium lactus (B1-04), and Lactobacillus reuterei plus calcium triphosphate. This is a subset of ingredients in ProDentim, which you have given a very high rating for promoting and maintaining dental health. How would you rank the relative effectiveness of PurDentix compared to ProDentim and why?

Is the calcium triphosphate hypothesis discussed accurate, that given a healthy oral probiotic bacterial population, it will form a mineralized barrier to degradation of teeth and gums that is more effective a protection than daily brushing and flossing?
