My client had another angiogram as she has had chest pains and shortness of breath, and followed her doctor’s recommendation. The angiogram showed her key coronary artery, instead of having the 30% blockage at her last exam, was only 20% blocked. Was that a measurement error, of either the prior or recent exam? If not, this seems like a significant improvement. What is most important for us to know?

Is my client experiencing cardiac pain? Is that what is causing the pain in her arm, throat, and ear on her left side? She said it went away when she took nitroglycerine. If the pain’s not cardiac, why would nitroglycerine help?

My client was awakened while having shortness of breath. This re-occurred while on an ordinary business call with a client, and even while taking a pleasurable hot bath and she was in a good mood. She is quite anxious about this and doesn’t know what to do. She can’t get her doctor on the phone. What is going on, and what can I tell her?
