A realtor asks: “I have a home clearing that really needs extra help! We closed on it yesterday for my first-time homebuyer, and struggled the entire time to get to closing. The prior seller is definitely what you would consider a true victim as I feel (not even working with her) that she is riddled with many dark energies. Her agent, who was the listing agent, told me she has health issues, including nerve damage. On top of it, her husband got killed in a car accident and her condo was in pre-foreclosure (we found this out later). To add to the drama, her attorney (although nice) was HORRIBLE to deal with as he was not on top of anything during the deal, until he had to be. Like seems to attract like in this case. I just don’t want my young first-time homebuyer to get any of the negative energies the prior seller had. She even left the place in a mess.” What is Creator’s perspective?

A realtor asks: “I would like to hire you again to reboost the clearing for my prior clients [names withheld]. Their contractor is not being honest or timely (he did a bait and switch for the job). The village is still giving them a very hard time to get occupancy and now something popped up from the contractor that they need a new septic system, which is very suspect as the house is less than 5 years old. We suspect that the contractor is trying to get more money out of my clients. The village is not quick and the contractor continues to delay everything, and now their temporary lease is up at the end of the month and they cannot move into the home without occupancy, so will be left homeless as a family including their autistic son. I’m hoping that you can channel God and ask him to see if the new septic is needed and to help clear all the remaining obstacles to finally moving in since they closed over three months ago.” What can we tell her?

A viewer asks: “I would like to ask you regarding the passing of my brother back in December 2021, and wanted to know if he had gone to the light directly on his passing as was seen by an intuitive that my aunt saw a few days after his death, when he said that he was healed and that everything was okay now. I saw this same person a few weeks later for other things. And my brother came again through this person with the same message saying also that we can work together to help with Spirit Rescues which I was learning from someone else at the time. My question is, was this really him talking through this intuitive at the time of his death or was it an imposter? A practitioner asks: “Thirty years ago, a lifelong friend was suffering from a serious battle with Ulcerative Colitis. Visiting him with his parents in the hospital, he did not look well. His mother was a strong advocate for his health and sought immediate surgery with the doctors. I went home to advise my wife that I did not believe he would make it out of the hospital.
