A practitioner writes: “I had another “protection incident” yesterday. I was at work and went outside with my coworker to get a table to eat our lunch. Anyhow, I was looking for a table and not where I was going and slammed my knee HARD into a 4-foot-high pathway light post. I do believe it was a hard enough impact to crack a kneecap and do some serious damage. Instead, it hurt slightly for about two minutes and then was 100% fine.
