The owners were referred to me by the real estate attorney that I always recommend as they were extremely frustrated that their home did not sell. I am also surprised as even though it did need some tweaking, they were asking a good price for it, too. A realtor asks: “I would like to hire you again to reboost the clearing for my prior clients [names withheld]. Their contractor is not being honest or timely (he did a bait and switch for the job). The village is still giving them a very hard time to get occupancy and now something popped up from the contractor that they need a new septic system, which is very suspect as the house is less than 5 years old.
