Another assault using a vehicle was reported in the New Orleans French Quarter on New Year’s Eve, when a pickup truck reportedly driven by a US citizen, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, plowed through a crowd of revelers for several blocks at high speed, killing 15 people and injuring dozens. The driver also shot into the crowd and at police with an assault rifle and was killed. Surveillance cameras revealed he had spread improvised explosive devices at the location prior to the truck attack. He was reportedly a U.S. Army veteran but had an Islamic State flag on his truck. What caused him to go on this rampage?

The mysterious drone sightings over New Jersey and New York seem to have stopped. Is this just because the intention of the extraterrestrials was only to sow confusion and fear by providing a predicate for blaming the coming tidal power outages on a foreign power perhaps using those drone flights to spy on our infrastructure? Or, have they changed their plans in some way that could change the expected sequence of events, being power outages, financial downturn, gold reset, and then Alien Disclosure?

Is it a consensus decision, and even with a consensus, is only one species doing the “trigger pulling” and manipulation? For example, I would do okay when I am doing accounting by myself (after a lot of struggle), but not taking a test for accounting…I’m even very poor with test taking outside of academics.
