A client comments: “I have communicated with my higher self daily for many years, which is how I know it was not my higher self you were speaking from. Your responses were not congruent to my questions, and sounded like what would have been “Karl’s” answers that were very basic and generic, and not at all me speaking to me. I am very capable of recognizing myself, higher or lower, so I know you missed the mark on this one.” What is the reason for the difference here in the channeled responses? Has she truly been talking with her higher self?

You have told us that it is not possible for a person to channel their higher self directly via deep trance hypnosis because of the state of disconnection suffered by human beings in general. However, the higher self will know what the person is thinking and can also impulse things to the person via the subconscious mind. That being the case, can a series of questions be posed to the higher self, particularly when done in a hypnotic trance state, and useful impulsed guidance received and perceived accurately enough to be useful, at least by some people?
