Cuba is entering its fourth straight day of a nationwide power outage. Is this just an example of how shaky their infrastructure has been since the days of Fidel Castro, or is it actually related to the sinister power outage you predicted would take out U.S. electrical grids, one by one, and then move around the world?

With a second massive hurricane about to hit the Gulf coast of Florida two weeks after the massive devastation of Hurricane Helene, the second deadliest hurricane to hit the U.S., there are only 28 days left until the presidential election. You told us previously that the Extraterrestrial Alliance plans to wait for a bad-weather-free period to start the tidal power outages, to keep them mysterious as to cause. Several states still have large-scale power outages from the last hurricane. There doesn’t seem to be enough time now to weather approaching Hurricane Milton and recover from its aftermath, and still launch the outages without overlapping and possibly disrupting the election and making the outcome uncertain. Is that now the plan? What is most important for us to know?
