In a recent episode of Get Wisdom Live titled “Creator Discusses Extreme Human Vulnerability to Authority,” we recounted documented studies of mock prisons, showing college students randomly assigned to be guards or prisoners were surprisingly willing to act like perpetrators or passive victims. I just read a story in a recent issue of The New Yorker about the problem of mentally ill people who end up in jail starving to death. Is the extreme neglect that represents, a result of manipulation of law enforcement personnel by the interlopers to not only become insensitive to the needs of the incarcerated but actively apply policies to enhance their suffering?

A viewer asks: “I recently had a blood test for an elective surgery I had as a part of medical clearance. I was shocked to find that my liver results showed I had NAFL, with extremely elevated AST-SGOT of 84, when the highest normal range is 40. I had a blood test approximately 24 months prior for a physical and it was normal. While I have extra pounds I want to lose and my diet isn’t perfect, this fatty liver disease result astounded me. I don’t drink alcohol and haven’t for over 20 yrs. I was happy to take this for not only anti-viral reasons but for stress from my job and inflammation for my several injuries. I will attach the article here. Would you ask Creator, or if you personally have any information, could advise if this NAFL could be a result of ECS5? I have since stopped taking it.” Is her suspicion correct that the Cannabitol ECS5 caused liver injury, or perhaps exacerbated a pre-existing condition? What is most important for us to know?
