Is covetousness truly an INSATIABLE desire—a thirst that can never be quenched? And if it is, how is it that consciousness can fall into such a condition? Is covetousness only a problem with sentient souls, or can lower life forms struggle with this as well? What can Creator tell us?

If there is anything the extraterrestrials actually “envy” about us, what is it? Is it the joy and happiness we feel with each other on account of our loving nature that they do not possess nor understand? By sheer observation they can see how pleasurable and satisfying a healthy love relationship can be, and while they might tell themselves it’s all silly foolishness, deep down, do they “know” it’s not? Do they suspect they are “missing out” on something and does this fuel their hatred? If divine healing were a pizza, it wouldn’t arrive at your door on its own. You have to order and pay for it. The authenticity of the Shroud of Turin, believed to have been the burial shroud wrapped around the body of Jesus Christ, was tested again recently by yet another novel method to date its age. The results were consistent with four other approaches used over the years showing the cloth did date from 2000 years ago. A radiocarbon dating done in the 1988 which placed the age of the Shroud to be between the years 1260-1390, has since been questioned because the piece of the Shroud examined was from an edge containing a patch interwoven to repair damage from a fire at the cathedral where the shroud was being stored during those years. It seems remarkable that a repeat radiocarbon dating has not been done given the strong evidence calling the first result into question. A viewer asks: “My mother (who passed away a number of years ago) was very devoted to Padre Pio da Pietrelcina. Every time I used to visit her in Italy, she had many images of this great human being. On one of my trips back to Italy, many years ago, I went with my wife to the Monastery where he lived his austere, simple, and humble life, helping many, many people. I also visited the small room where he used to live in the convent with a big Cross over his bed and only a small table and a chair for furniture. I then went to see his embalmed body kept in a coffin with a glass top in the Church. Experiencing where he spent most of his life, his tiny room, and seeing him displayed, I was overwhelmed with a strong feeling of love for this great man, how he lived his life, for all the help he gave to others.
