It is said that LDL(bad) cholesterol should be less than 100 mg/dL HDL (good) should be 40 mg/dL or higher for men and 50 mg/dL or higher for women. Triglycerides should be less than 150 mg/dL. Many different types of drinks, including green tea, oat drinks, soy drinks, and plant milk smoothies, contain compounds that may help reduce or manage cholesterol levels. Several studies, for example, have demonstrated the beneficial effects of tomato juice on cholesterol metabolism. How accurate and reliable are these suggested levels of cholesterol, and are the drinks suggested one effective method (among many) to optimize levels?” What is Creator’s perspective?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human Institutions278 views0 answers0 votesA viewer asks about his young daughter’s passing: “When she decided to go, it was in the moment, but a plan was made some time before. At the time of her passing, she did not seem to be greatly in distress. Was that decision made by her higher self in seeing that there would be a future time of struggling?” What can we tell him?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Healing448 views0 answers0 votesCan you give us a case study example of an individual or group helped by the Lightworker Healing Protocol and Deep Subconscious Mind Reset, for inclusion in next month’s Divine Life Support webinar?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Divine Life Support402 views0 answers0 votesI keep thinking that the interlopers are doctoring some major food or beverage product with the chronic viruses that cause cancer, autoimmune disorders, dementia, etc. The most likely to me seems to be dairy products, like milk, as they are meant to be consumed within a short shelf-life, and are stored under refrigeration. Is this something that happens, and if so, how widespread is this practice now?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Extraterrestrial Interlopers342 views0 answers0 votesWhat preventive measures will be helpful to protect against this hazard [the interlopers doctoring dairy products with chronic viruses that cause cancer, autoimmune disorders, dementia, etc]?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Extraterrestrial Interlopers396 views0 answers0 votesA practitioner asks: “Lately I have lost interest and I haven’t done any LHP or DSMR for a few weeks. In all my LHPs I always include my family and people that I know have some health issues. One of these people is my brother-in-law. I always ask the Creator to look after him and send him His Divine healing, as he had heart problems and cancer. Even up to two weeks ago when the doctors told him the chemo did not work, and sent him home to be with his family, I was hoping for a miracle. He was a great man, who had done so much good to a lot of people and left behind his wife, my sister, who worked so hard to keep him healthy, and four children. This was a bit of a catalyst in myself losing interest. I am 71 years old now, and I do want to contribute as much as I can to a successful human free will project before my time comes, and worry about my bad habits, general problems and health issues. I am hard on myself for my bad habits, but then I see all the Evil in the world, all these people dying for no reason, and I see that my problems are minuscule compared to all of the Evil, all the pedophilia, all the murderers and sadistic world leaders. I say to myself why does there have to be so much evil, greediness, apathy, people dying because of not enough food, and so on, and I get overwhelmed. I really sincerely want to bring Divine love to all creatures, but sometimes I just get disheartened. The last straw was my brother-in-law dying last week. Our members at GetWisdom all helped with LHPs, but unfortunately, he died. I have prayed for a Spirit Rescue, and hopefully would like to know/feel if he finally had a safe journey and happy reunion with Creator in the Light. Why are good people dying and scumbags are still thriving? I am so confused. I am still praying to the Creator, but part of me is somehow lost in all of this. I have children and grandchildren and I do worry for these beautiful souls, because they are good kids. I just need some directions because at the moment, I don’t know which way to turn. I need spiritual uplifting, and I hope the Creator will show me the way.” What can we tell him?ClosedNicola asked 2 years ago • Karma397 views0 answers1 votesSteven Covey said: “Trust is the glue of life. Others see trust as an art of living skill that is wise to consult, but not the decision maker. That trust can be overridden by choice and is ultimately and unavoidably fraught with risk.
