In the same way that spirits of loved ones in the light come to earth plane to be physically near their relative for purposes of a healing reassurance and to reward belief, do angels appear to people as an apparition for similar reasons, especially to cultivate or reward their faith in the divine?

Our student did a Spirit Rescue for someone, yet I recently was told by you he was not yet in the light, and so I repeated the work prior to our channeling of him. What happened to explain this? Why was he not rescued using the new Protocol request to have previous unsuccessful rescue subjects get an additional round of healing and rescue?
