CNN reported: “President Donald Trump on Thursday vowed to begin testing US nuclear weapons ‘on an equal basis’ with Russia and China, heralding a potentially major shift in decades of US policy at a time of growing tensions between the world’s nuclear-armed superpowers…In a post on social media Trump said, ‘…Because of other countries’ testing programs, I have instructed the Department of War to start testing our Nuclear Weapons on an equal basis. That process will begin immediately,’ Trump said.” Some view this as sabre rattling, others as diplomacy through taking a tough stance as in “Peace Through Strength.” Is there an underlying purpose in terms of the alien agenda?

A supporter writes: I have read about several accounts where nuclear weapon tipped ICBMs have been disabled by UFOs. How does this fit in with either the nonintervention by positive ETs or negative ETs wanting us all dead?
