A nutritional supplement called Reversirol has been advertised, which contains: Guggul to lower glucose, detoxify the body, reduce pain and improve mobility in patients with arthritis; Banaba, to improve insulin sensitivity and lower blood sugar, and provide antioxidant activity for weight loss and help to protect against kidney damage; Gymnema Sylvestre, to help reduce sugar cravings and blood sugar, increase the amount of insulin in the body and promote pancreatic cell growth, and add antioxidants to protect cells from damage and rejuvenate the body; White Mulberry leaf, to slow the breakdown of sugars in the gut so that they are absorbed more slowly into the blood to help keep blood sugar in the healthy range, and it is rich in resveratrol which many studies have shown that its powerful antioxidant activity supports a healthy heart and may slow aging as it increases the activity of mitochondria to produce cellular energy; and another 6 ingredients not named. They claim in an 88-patient study there was 100% reversal of disease symptoms. Is this an exaggeration? How safe and effective is this supplement?

For administering ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, we have seen a recommendation to give the ivermectin on an empty stomach 1 hour prior to a meal, but to give hydroxychloroquine along with a meal. Ivermectin with a fatty meal can reportedly reach higher blood levels and might be less well tolerated in terms of GI complaints, but that might be advantageous and worth trying if tolerated. What is the best dosing regimen when using these together as joint antiviral and anticancer agents?
