Is the “Back to Life Program” for back pain management and prevention an effective approach and a good value for many with back problems, and something I can recommend to others? If so, what makes it special compared to other modalities like chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, and physical therapy?

My back pain is 95% reduced. You told me a month ago that there was no point in doing physical therapy for at least a month. Was that because you knew I would be greatly empowering my protocol for deep subconscious channeling with trauma resolution, and would be getting more self-healing accomplished, which I have worked on over the past week, or is the pain easing because I have just paid back more of the underlying karmic debt of the back pain by suffering longer?
