I am concerned about recommending people take 12 mg of ivermectin daily for 3 weeks (along with hydroxychloroquine). Was I over-influenced by having that interchange with [Name Withheld] about “his protocol” to believe that giving both compounds would effect a viral cleanout? Was this a lesson to me about being more thorough, knowing as I investigated the literature about appropriate doses of ivermectin I would see the pharmacokinetic data, revealing the inability of oral administration to reach antiviral concentrations? What is most important for me to know?

Recommending use of ivermectin in a way that is not even scientifically supportable seems like a big risk, even if you say it will work. What am I missing? How can high protein binding not be a hindrance to achieving a therapeutic exposure to free drug? Is there a scientific phenomenon here not yet scientifically understood or appreciated, at least not be me? Can you give us a tutorial to explain your continued endorsement and value of ivermectin, in addition to hydroxychloroquine which has demonstrated in vivo efficacy as an antiviral?

Yet, you have reassured us that taking an oral dose of 12 mg daily for 3 weeks would be effective in many cases for getting a profound, if not total, eradication of susceptible chronic viruses. You have told us there has not been an alien time travel to the past disrupting things within the past year, but there was one not too long before, in order to optimize preparation for their plans leading up to the desired Alien Disclosure deception. Is one of the limitations of this strategy, that even the alien AI systems are not very good at making future predictions, that they can see what changes might be needed to happen, making a return to the past desirable to enable re-using that time span, but will not know how long a period will be needed to implement the changes fully enough to change the future in the desired ways? In other words, using their time travel technology to manipulate our world more certainly toward a desired end result will inevitably introduce some additional uncertainty about the time it will require to implement the changes effectively?
