The owners were referred to me by the real estate attorney that I always recommend as they were extremely frustrated that their home did not sell. I am also surprised as even though it did need some tweaking, they were asking a good price for it, too. Now that I am to sell it, I had my stager give advice and they are doing many of the improvements so it can sell well and even at a higher price. Not sure if I’m just guessing, but I also feel that something was prohibiting the sale. The owners moved out a while ago, and are into their new home, so they really need this to sell and close.” Can you help us understand why this home has languished on the market?

A realtor asks: “I have a home clearing that really needs extra help! We closed on it yesterday for my first-time homebuyer, and struggled the entire time to get to closing. The prior seller is definitely what you would consider a true victim as I feel (not even working with her) that she is riddled with many dark energies. Her agent, who was the listing agent, told me she has health issues, including nerve damage. On top of it, her husband got killed in a car accident and her condo was in pre-foreclosure (we found this out later). To add to the drama, her attorney (although nice) was HORRIBLE to deal with as he was not on top of anything during the deal, until he had to be. Like seems to attract like in this case. A realtor asks: “I would like to hire you again to reboost the clearing for my prior clients [names withheld]. Their contractor is not being honest or timely (he did a bait and switch for the job). The village is still giving them a very hard time to get occupancy and now something popped up from the contractor that they need a new septic system, which is very suspect as the house is less than 5 years old. We suspect that the contractor is trying to get more money out of my clients. The village is not quick and the contractor continues to delay everything, and now their temporary lease is up at the end of the month and they cannot move into the home without occupancy, so will be left homeless as a family including their autistic son. I’m hoping that you can channel God and ask him to see if the new septic is needed and to help clear all the remaining obstacles to finally moving in since they closed over three months ago.” What can we tell her?

She was driving home, very low on gas and down to her last dollar when someone behind her was flashing his lights. She thought maybe something flew out of the truck bed so she pulled over. A practitioner writes: “I did a location clearing for my friend’s studio. Very shortly after I finished the session she got a phone call from a number she didn’t know. There was a 20-second voicemail left and it was just the sound of a phone ringing the whole time. iPhones will transcribe voicemails for you and the transcription for the 20 seconds of ringing said “I love you I love you” somehow. It doesn’t make any logical sense. Can you please ask Creator what occurred here? I think this may be a good testimonial for the Lightworker Healing Protocol and encouraging to other LHP practitioners of divine healing.” What can we tell him?
