A news report today said: “Under the Department of Energy’s (DOE) regulations, manufacturers and retailers will be prohibited from selling incandescent and similar halogen light bulbs which represent a sizable share of current light bulb supplies. With the divorce rate above 50%, along with the huge number of births happening out of wedlock, it’s reaching the point where more children are being raised by single mothers than are being raised by married cohabiting biological parents.
