A viewer asks: “My dear puppy is now almost 2 years old and has been a real joy and is extremely affectionate and loving for those she knows and loves, but she has also been the most challenging of the five dogs I’ve had over the course of my life. Destruction of furniture, baseboards, digging, and hard to house train, but that’s all behind us now. The problem we’re facing now is she’s been very reactive to dogs she does not know and some of the dogs in the neighborhood. That’s been an issue for over a year and it’s not improving; if anything, it’s getting worse. With about one out of three strange dogs she freaks out when we walk and it’s all I can do to control her. This pattern also influences excessive barking at the windows and at the dog park where we are regulars. She will fight or chase around and hassle new dogs she doesn’t like, although she will not cause injury to other dogs when she doesn’t like them. I’m wondering if she should be spayed and have put in another request to a dog trainer. I’d like to see if we can fix this by some miracle. Could you check with Creator if there’s anything else I can do, please? I had asked earlier about spaying and Creator mentioned that they prefer letting them stay natural and keep their hormones. That has been challenging during heats as she has an even greater tendency to be irritable or aggressive with other dogs, including her father who she normally gets along just fine with and lives here with us. And by the way, my research and observations indicate that sterilized male or female dogs don’t necessarily lose their aggressive tendencies after sterilization except perhaps during heats. It’s variable though between females. I’m wondering if Creator can guide as to whether this would be the best solution with my puppy, and I would favor ovariectomy because it’s less invasive. Also, what is the reason behind these difficult behaviors? Is it karmic? It’s so difficult I sometimes lose my temper with her.” What can we tell him?

A targeted client of mine has symptoms of congestive heart failure and is terrified. She has an echocardiogram scheduled, but her labwork so far supports the diagnosis (BPN of 925), as do her physical symptoms of shortness of breath and swollen extremities.
