It’s just that these compensations are not readily apparent, especially when examined through the lens of what society deems valuable and successful. So while the role of helper appears to be the least glamorous and perhaps least desirable of all the seven major categories, it is, in fact, the role where satisfaction and fulfillment are the most easily attained. The helper feels fulfilled and “right with the world” when those immediately around them are having their needs met, and are having relatively positive experiences. In other words, is “contentment” more easily experienced, more frequently and reliably, by helpers than by any other role? What can Creator tell us?ClosedNicola asked 2 months ago • Human Potential28 views0 answers0 votesBecause helpers are so focused on the happiness and well-being of those around them, it would make sense that would likely be more conservative and risk-averse than perhaps any other role. This would also perhaps make them more susceptible to experience anxiety about the health, happiness, and welfare of those close to them. Is the stereotypical “worry wart” likely a helper? What can Creator tell us?ClosedNicola asked 2 months ago • Human Potential34 views0 answers0 votesIt needs to be re-emphasized, that these roles have nothing to do with intelligence. Most doctors (or a significant percentage) and veterinarians are helpers, occupations that require great intelligence. What is Creator’s perspective?ClosedNicola asked 2 months ago • Human Potential29 views0 answers0 votesIt would seem helper types are not good at being alone for long stretches. As cruel as solitary confinement is, it might be the most cruel to do that to a helper. Helpers have a need to be around people and even animals. Yet, are also often aware of their shortcomings as not being as gabby as orators, or as entertaining and interesting as artists, athletes, researchers, etc. This would fuel their desire to be “useful” and be the ones walking around with the coffee pot asking if anyone wants a refill (when all their cups were already full!). What advice can Creator give to others on how to best understand, value, and reward the helper types in their lives without compromising their own needs and wants, and not coming up short in the process?ClosedNicola asked 2 months ago • Human Potential35 views0 answers0 votesA viewer asks: “Is there validity in the Chinese practice of Feng Shui? Can you help us understand the merits?”ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Metaphysics314 views0 answers0 votesA viewer asks: “Sometimes when I’m feeling somewhat ‘happy,’ I get a sudden reminder of all who are struggling and it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and guilty that I have the good fortune of having a relatively ‘easy’ life compared to many. How can we be truly happy and content when so many others are struggling?”ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Divine Guidance323 views0 answers0 votesThere are several communities around the world, including Damanhur, who have largely disengaged from mainstream society and become almost completely self sufficient, such that they have created their own form of currency, grow their own food, have their own schools, have their own doctors, etc. Is this the ideal human societal model, or is this a regression of sorts?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Problems in Society443 views0 answers0 votesA client sent an article stating a set of adult identical twins recently submitted their DNA samples to five different commercial services for ancestral DNA analysis to learn about their genealogies. No two companies gave the same overall profile for either twin alone, which they explained may have been caused by using different reference panels of subjects with validated ethnicities, and differing proprietary algorithms for assigning membership to a regional grouping. But more surprisingly, all companies found differences in ancestry between the twins compared to one another. Assuming this is not just due to technical errors, what is the explanation for these twins having different DNA?ClosedNicola asked 4 years ago • Extraterrestrial Genetic Manipulations612 views0 answers0 votes
