A friend of a GetWisdom founder confessed recently that the recent election of a particularly controversial politician was one of the most stressful things that ever happened to him. This seems an extraordinary thing for a man in his mid-fifties to confess. Clearly, he wants to be a member of the “right” consensus, but when politics is split almost evenly down the middle, determining which consensus is the “correct” one, is no longer obvious. Is this an accurate way to try and understand his dilemma and angst?ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Problems in Society286 views0 answers0 votesA viewer asks: “The story of the Book of Exodus said that Moses stretched out his hand across the Red Sea and the Lord sent a wind to part it into a wall on either side to allow the people of Israel to pass through. It goes on to say that the Lord allowed them to pass through on dry land, but then that Moses should pass his hand again so that the Egyptians would be consumed by the sea. Is this really what happened, and if so, was it you, Creator, who performed this miracle? I don’t understand the wrath involved here being from a loving God.”ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Religions438 views0 answers0 votesA viewer asks: “In an HMR Deep Subconscious Channeling session you did for me, you mentioned I sat with a spiritual teacher during a time when it was very dangerous to meet and discuss healing abilities, but you didn’t say where or when. I thought I was ready to further my education, but the teacher told me I was not ready due to much pain in my heart from losing many loved ones. It must have been mind-bogglingly devastating because it came up as one of the very most devastating moments ever that needed healing, which you facilitated, thank you. Was this during my time as an Essene? I have strong recollections of that life, the fear of bathing in water that was not from a well, my sandals, the reddish, dry, and hard clay ground, as well as how I was killed after being chased on foot by a Roman soldier who strangled me to death because I wouldn’t tell him something. I remember my neck burning, the hot pressure, as I left my body and sat near it for three days, waiting for someone to find me, but no one came, so I left. So sad. You didn’t tell me about this, it is something I remember. Images of the hills, mountains, and caves at Qumran still give me a sense of longing and sadness.”ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Reincarnation330 views0 answers0 votesThe Magna Carta is now over 800 years old. It arose as a negotiated deal between the King of England and barons he was in conflict with. The barons were interested only in their own rights, not the rights of common people. Nevertheless, the foundational principle that “No one is above the law, even the king” was established. From this simple beginning, English common law arose that is foundational to the rule of law, and not rule by decree. What is the divine perspective on this event, was it divinely inspired, and why is it an outcome of violent conflict, rather than simple insight and reflection?ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human Institutions243 views0 answers0 votesFollowing the Magna Carta, the king countered against the loss of power to the barons by removing the ability to trespass against the peasantry or the common person. This seeming act of tit-for-tat retribution essentially ended the slavery of the peasant and the practice of serfdom in England. It appears this was an unintended consequence of an impasse and conflict between two orbits of political power—the monarch and the aristocracy. To what extent did divine intervention make this dramatic turn of events for the common person possible?ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human Institutions238 views0 answers0 votesSince the pivotal events of the Magna Carta and the resulting protection of the peasantry, the concept of “natural law” arose. The whole notion of “natural law” and “inalienable rights” recognizes a sovereign, and in fact DIVINE status of the individual person. At this time in the middle ages, the law was little more than custom, and mostly unwritten. In most locales, only the Catholic clergy was literate and educated. As a result, judges taking up positions after the Magna Carta were mostly RELIGIOUS MEN. How much was the concept of “inalienable rights” becoming the foundation of our modern legal system in Western-style democracies circumstantial, and how much was the result of divine intervention in response to human prayer?ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human Institutions290 views0 answers0 votesAssuming the divine realm was significantly behind the advent and spread of our modern legal system, how was it that the interlopers failed to notice this development, and stop it before it got significant momentum? And if they didn’t fail to notice, was their curiosity around seeing what would happen, a result of some healing they received as a result of human prayer and entreaty?ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human Institutions269 views0 answers0 votesHow much responsibility did this reconfiguration of the English legal system enable the birth and widespread economic and global success of the British Empire that followed on its heels?ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human Institutions258 views0 answers0 votesWith the creation of a truly global empire, the option to exile lawbreakers, rather than pay for their upkeep in prison, or take the objectionable step to execute them for non-capital crimes, became a viable alternative. The country of Australia started as a penal colony. What is the divine perspective of exile as an alternative to imprisonment and capital punishment?ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human Institutions250 views0 answers0 votesThe Roman scholar, Tacitus, wrote: “The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws.” What is the divine perspective of this statement?ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human Institutions327 views0 answers0 votesHaving reviewed the likely heavy divine influence behind the creation of our modern legal system, how concerned should we be collectively at the growing secularization of our legal system? Is the entire concept of the “inalienable rights” of the individual in jeopardy as a result?ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human Institutions246 views0 answers0 votesIf the Divine Human Project succeeds, and more “free will” is granted to the entire universe, will relaxation of the immediacy of karmic feedback necessitate the establishment of legal systems similar to what we have in the Western democracies? If so, how much role will the future enlightened human ambassadors to the universe have in helping other worlds create and manage enlightened legal systems to govern themselves fairly?ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human Institutions248 views0 answers0 votesCan Creator share how prayer work and the Lightworker Healing Protocol can help save the protection of our individual inalienable rights, and preserve the positive foundation of our legal system, and help to transform it into a more enlightened and divinely aligned one?ClosedNicola asked 3 years ago • Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human Institutions264 views0 answers0 votesGiven the reality that the races are programmed to have false beliefs about one another and themselves, doesn’t this support the idea that systemic racism is real?
