A practitioner asks: “I have a couple that have been our friends for years. They have been having marriage issues which includes a lot of fighting. I’m not sure if the fights are physical fights but for sure a lot of arguments. A few weeks ago they got into a fight, and the husband was so angry he punched the floor with his hands, which resulted in BOTH of his hands being broken. He had to have surgery.
