After two attempted suicides I was recently able to see a trauma therapist for approximately 6 months, Dec 2018 to May 2019, where the therapist used the HMR, EMDR, and Mindfulness Modalities along with medications for severe depression and anxiety, which has all helped with the unresolved trauma. But I’m still finding the depression and anxiety overwhelming and continue to be very withdrawn from everyone and everything in my life and unable to return back to work at this time.
