In a paper on the pharmacokinetics of ivermectin, they report that even at a very high dose, free plasma levels never get close to the concentration needed, shown by in vitro studies, to demonstrate antiviral activity because ivermectin is 93% bound to plasma proteins. Yet, you have reassured us that taking an oral dose of 12 mg daily for 3 weeks would be effective in many cases for getting a profound, if not total, eradication of susceptible chronic viruses. Can you explain how that is possible?

A practitioner asks: “Having listened to an “Alien Agenda Update” from months ago it was said that the ETs are only going to retreat in case ET disclosure happens. Does that mean that prayers directed to a prevention of ET disclosure won’t be followed up on by the divine? Given that people are so programmed humanity is going to accept the ETs quite certainly which would lead to annihilation. What should our prayers focus on after ET disclosure happens in order to save humanity? You have told us there has not been an alien time travel to the past disrupting things within the past year, but there was one not too long before, in order to optimize preparation for their plans leading up to the desired Alien Disclosure deception. Is one of the limitations of this strategy, that even the alien AI systems are not very good at making future predictions, that they can see what changes might be needed to happen, making a return to the past desirable to enable re-using that time span, but will not know how long a period will be needed to implement the changes fully enough to change the future in the desired ways? In other words, using their time travel technology to manipulate our world more certainly toward a desired end result will inevitably introduce some additional uncertainty about the time it will require to implement the changes effectively?

A study was just reported that ivermectin, in a nanoparticle formulation for helping to cross the blood-brain barrier, was highly effective in shrinking brain tumors in rats by 70% after giving a tiny daily dose for 10 days. Because of poor drug delivery to the brain without a special formulation, does this mean that ivermectin will not be effective in treating dementia, despite its antiviral activity?
