Are the cyber attacks known as XML RPC attacks caused by the Extraterrestrial Alliance as a kind of conditioning process to accustom users of the Internet to expect many such pests, just like they’re ramping up bad weather and blaming it on global warming to keep us complacent at the same time we’re being harmed by non-human interlopers?

A client we know is being targeted to disrupt her life, described losing her phone service provided by the company she works for so she is able to work from home. Her boss, who dislikes her, says she has no idea why there is a phone problem, and is unwilling to do anything to solve the problem. They have an IT person, but her boss says she doesn’t want to spend the money for just one phone that’s out of service. The company owner, who she could appeal to, is out of town for two weeks. Is this a deliberate attempt to sabotage her employment? What can she do?

My targeted client’s dog, her only friend, has been diagnosed with Cushing’s disease, and her vet said most dogs die within two years of diagnosis, with only 10% still alive after four years.
