Is it generally better to do all Subconscious Channeling requests as Parts Work by first invoking that part of the subconscious most concerned about a targeted issue? If not, can you give us some general guidelines about when to use a Parts Work approach most effectively?

Given that we can request a repair of the energetic signature most visible within the akashic records of a person so others around them see them as fitting in, can that person, through harboring negative thoughts and having deep unhealed issues become triggered, then rewrite that energetic signature to recreate a dangerous label that causes others to see them as a vulnerable victim and bring out their bullying nature?
