Might I be able to get some guidance (possibly channeled) about why my energy, sleep, anxiety/mood fluctuate so much, in rapid cycles of a few days at a time? So many days I feel so “off” that I feel like I am not very functional, and then I’ll have a day or two where I feel great (not manic, though).
