Is a wide-spectrum hemp extract preferable to purified cannabidiol both as an antiviral as well as anticancer agent?

Cannabis has been highly controversial for a long time, due to its abuse potential, and medical marijuana continues to be attacked and discredited as lacking medical benefits.
