A container ship registered in Singapore smashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, causing it to collapse. In addition to the six lives lost, this will disrupt traffic for the whole metropolitan area, as well as transport of goods normally arriving at this key U.S. seaport. Early reports say there was a power outage causing loss of control of the ship, and there is speculation about a cyberattack. Was this just an accident, human error, or caused to happen? Is it related to the power outages planned by the interlopers? What can Creator tell us?

The Russian-speaking cybercriminal gang known as AlphV and Blackcat, claimed responsibility for the cyberattack against Change Healthcare and said on its darkweb site that it exfiltrated 6 TB of data. Observers saw a subsequent 22 million dollar Bitcoin payment to a blockchain ledger associated with that group of hackers, so it appears a ransom was paid. Were they the true culprits? Were the extraterrestrials even involved?

We saw an announcement saying: “Change Healthcare, an affiliate of Optum and UnitedHealthcare, experienced a cyberattack last week. This is significant because Change operates the nation’s largest medical electronic data interchange (or EDI), a network that allows for the transmission of claims data back and forth between insurance companies and hospitals, pharmacies, doctors’ offices and other healthcare providers seeking payment for their services. Among the types of transactions processed daily through Change are patient eligibility verification, clinical pre-authorizations, claims submissions, and payments to providers for services rendered. Change is a vital link between providers and insurers, processing more than 15 billion healthcare transactions annually. In 2022, the U.S. Department of Justice noted that over 50% of all U.S. medical claims pass through or touch Change’s EDI clearinghouse, and we suspect that number has only increased since then.” Is this just a human malicious attack, or is it related to the plan of the interlopers to weaken us by disrupting our technology?

Arriving at an advanced understanding of karma is not easy. We assume that everything in this universe begins and ends with the Creator of this universe. Recognizing there are other universes with their own Creators, and even levels of consciousness above Creator, we assume that the Law of Karma in this universe also begins and ends with the Creator of this universe. Is that true? We’ve heard Creator say that even Creator is subject to the Law of Karma. Is that just holding oneself to one’s own standards, or is Creator literally accountable to those layers of consciousness above Creator? Who keeps Creator accountable? There is a strong skepticism surrounding self-policing and holding oneself accountable as the only means of law enforcement. What can Creator tell us about where Creator’s karma begins and ends?
