You have mentioned that chanting can be one way of ramping up intention that will keep a person focused and at a high level of energetic intensity. To what extent would it increase effectiveness of LHP/DSMR sessions to incorporate at the beginning of an LHP or DSMR session this or other methods of boosting energetic intention or belief quotient such as meditation, mantras, visualizations, etc? Is boredom a significant factor in reducing effectiveness of healing sessions, and are there useful better ways of countering boredom and loss of focus?”

Another question about coding prayer requests: “Do we need the same level of intention each time we utter the code word, saying it like a prayer, or if we can do it without so much intention, like saying a mantra while washing the dishes, for example (to be on the safe side, I read the whole prayer to get a feeling for it, then set a timer for a minute and repeat the code word with full attention like a prayer for a concentrated, short limited time).” Is this an acceptable and effective practice?
