If this is so, does this imply that we can go in and give specific instructions to the deep subconscious of a person about trusting and communicating with their own higher self, to request help and guidance on an ongoing basis to help improve their lives and improve their well-being so the deep subconscious is not left on its own, unable to cope with all the sources of stress it encounters?
